Project Manager

In a project driven by community members, it is important to have an experienced “translator” to oversee project timelines and costs, and to keep communications within the design and development team tight. A project manager frees the Equity Members to build community and find new members, while making the developer’s and architects’ lives easier as a single point of contact.

Sarah Holden Sarah Holden, LEED AP, has a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and an MBA. She has twenty seven years of experience managing construction projects in corporate, commercial and non-profit environments.
