• Equity – Building design and village development, land search and acquisition, land planning and stewardship.
• Harmony – Conscious communications, consensus and conflict resolution.
• Harvest – Financing, non-profit status, grant writing.
• Path – Coordination and alignment of community meetings and partnerships.
• Technology – Translating Odonata information and communication needs into appropriate technology.
